Academy Growth:

• 1991-97: FTVS UK (Faculty of Physical Education and Sport, Charles University) - in Prague, field of physiotherapy, MSc specialization in somatopsychotherapy; Training school, FTVS UK, specialization in bodybuilding and fitness coaching (corresponds to license A).
• 1997-2002: postgraduate studies at FTVS UK in Prague, Department of Psychology, Pedagogy and Didactics of Sport, dissertation topic - Impact of Strengthening Exercises on the Psyche - the Possibility of the Targeted Influence.
• 2002: completed rigorous procedure and degree conferred: PhDr. (field of Kinanthropology).
• 2015: habilitation procedure completed in the field of kinanthropology at Faculty of Sports Studies, Masaryk University, FSpS MU in Brno and awarded the title of associate professor (docent).

Employment:

• 1999-2000: FTVS UK in Prague, Department of Physiotherapy - assistant.
• 2000-2007: FTVS UK in Prague, Department of Psychology, Pedagogy and Didactics of Sport - specialist in the Psychological Laboratory, also externally as a teacher at the Department of Physiotherapy.
• 2008-2013: FTVS UK in Prague, Department of Physiotherapy - assistant professor.
• 2004–2010: external pedagogue of the Faculty of Humanities, Charles University, external member of the state examination commission Bc. studies.
• 2005–2017: external pedagogue of Czechoslovak Association of Physical Education and Sport Academy (today Czech Union of Sports).
• 2008–2010: editor of the magazine Physical Education and Sport of Youth at FTVS UK in Prague.
• 2010-2015: external teacher at College of Physical Education and Sport Palestra in Prague.
• since 2015: associate professor at VŠTVS Palestra Ltd. in Prague, since 2019 Head of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology and guarantor of the study program - Sports and Fitness Specialist (decision of the Council of National Accreditation Office for Higher Education No. 455/2019, realization from 2020/21).

• Author and co-author of six monographs, nine chapters in monographs, twenty-eight articles in peer-reviewed journals and five published in English or abroad (5 papers in the SCOPUS database), six teaching texts and e-learning materials and two chapters in teaching texts, six translations of professional monographs from the English language, seventeen articles in peer - reviewed conference proceedings and five articles in foreign conference proceedings and other professional works.

• 2000-2005: Co-investigator of the research project MSM 115100002 Psychosocial functions of physical activities as a part of the quality of life of adults led by prof. PhDr. V. Hošek, DrSc. with the project Psychological effectiveness of strengthening exercises.

Except my work on university I am a fitness instructor and personal fitness coach with the highest qualification.
